Saco Island

The client gave us a water color painting they contracted to do.
they neede revisions. so i got to model and texture the train station to theleft there.
i composited it into the scene. i also redid the parking lot around it through hand painting in photoshop and other photoshopping techniques. did some work around the big building there in the middle fixed the roof, and some parking lot issues.

i pretty much rebuilt the whole island there. i textured the houses. and photoshopped the vegetation and roadway there. fixed the boat docks there also.

Marina

the client sent in some site plans.
they wanted an illustration created for it.

they gave us the aerial shots, and i composited some house models we built on to the scene.
i painted in the grass and roadways onto the site. the pier and shore line has also been fixed in cleaned through photoshop.


the red housing and garages are 3D models, and i composited them into the scene, i hand painted the lots around the are, also the boat dock were photoshopped in.
